SWW

This week I'm saying So What if:

-I'm thrilled this election is over and my t.v. will no longer be taken up with ridiculous political ads every commercial.

-I debated just leaving when I saw how long the line to vote was yesterday but I stayed and 1 1/2 hours later I had finished voting.

-Part of my motivation for staying in the line to vote was to cancel out my husbands vote (we were voting for different people).

-I might lose my mind if my damn kitchen renovation isn't done this week. We were told 2 weeks and it's been a month and I keep getting told "one more day" or "two more days". It looks awesome but there are still a bunch of little things that need to be done before it's finished.

-I'm annoyed that our contractor went ahead and picked the color for our bathroom (which we're also re-doing). Not sure why he took it upon himself to do that. I'm not in love with the color either. Fortunately the bathroom is small and easy enough to repaint if I decide I can't live with the color.

-I have no motivation to shop for Christmas presents.

Ugg I know the feeling with the 'one more day' 'two more days' response during renovations. We always seem to get that here and it drives me nuts. Hope your kitchen is finished very soon!!

Can't believe your contractor picked the bathroom colour for you?! I would be annoyed too!!

Awesome for you to stay in line! Luckily I didn't even have to wait to vote. And I can't believe the contractor picked the pain color for you!! I would make him change it

The one more day, two more day thing is the worst and he picked the color without consulting you? Um, not ok.

And yay the election is over!

As much as I love politics and was passionate about this election, I am also definitely glad to be free from all the TV ads and campaigning. This was such an ugly campaign cycle all-around!

I can't believe your contractor had the nerve! I would be pissed. And I feel the same about Christmas, which makes me sad since I love Christmas so much!
