Well it's Hump Day yet again.
I'm not really feeling this full work week thing.
This week I'm saying So What if:
-I'm so excited my cleaning lady is coming for the first time in two months. We didn't have her come during the kitchen and bathroom renovations and even though I cleaned some during that time I don't do nearly as good of a job as she does.
-I'm fully expecting to win the Powerball jackpot tonight. Can you even imagine $500 million?? Guess I better buy some tickets though.
-Every Christmas present I've bought so far (and plan on buying) has been bought online. I only plan to go to the mall to take Hunter to see Santa.
-Kristian has asked me twice in the past few days if I'm pregnant (I'm not) because he claims I'm "glowing". Yeah that's what happens when I actually take the time to curl my hair and put on some eyeliner.
-After spending 4 1/2 days last weekend as basically a SAHM I was a little excited to come back to work on Monday, which is relaxing in comparison to chasing around a very active (almost) toddler.
-The thought of my baby turning 1 in a month makes me want to cry a little (or a lot).
-I've been listening to Christmas music constantly since Friday. It's FINALLY Christmas season! #respecttheturkey

I haven't done much shopping but what I have gotten has all been from shopping online. I'm not brave enough to tackle the stores just yet with Connor.
500 million?!? Holy crap I can't even imagine!
And I may have not been thrilled to head back to work on Monday, but I was looking forward to the break from the toddler!
I either shop online or at Target. The thought of going to a mall this time of year gives me a panic attack.
And I SO wish we had a cleaning lady coming! I really need to do a deep clean of the house and it's so hard with a little one!
I found your blog via 'So what Wednesdays.' Love it! After Black Friday shopping I think I am with you on the shopping online only!

Don't you just love having a cleaning service? I have one now and will definitely continue with it once we have kids!

Jealous, can you send the cleaning lady my way!!!:) I am knee deep in scrubbing carpets, stab my eyes out!! I seriously might have to look into getting one here soon! Just need to convince Jordan....maybe if I just stop cleaning he will get so annoyed and hire one?? HAHA! Amen on the Christmas music! I love Nsync's old school Christmas jams...I am such a loser lol Hope you guys are having a fab week!
I don't do any shopping in the store, but this year, I think I have to. The gift for my nephew is sold out online and available at Toys 'R' Us. Boo. Good thing I love him. That said, I hate going to the mall for Santa until I realized that no one ever visits the Ballston mall so it's a breeze to go in and out. I finally got out of that, too. Laura's school has an AWESOME Santa and a pancake breakfast as a fundraiser so we go to that annually now.
You think 1 is bad. In January, I have to register mine for kindergarten. *sniff*
I would be excited to have the cleaning lady come too!! Nothing like someone else scrubbing the house from top to bottom! :)
Can't believe Hunter will be 1 in a month! Eek! He is going to be a toddler soon. They grow up way too quickly.
Good luck with the lottery tonight!! Fingers crossed for you! ;)
PS - This is Fiona from Life Amongst The Palm Trees but I think it shows up as palmtreemama now that I have switched to Wordpress... just in case you wonder who the heck this is next time I comment!! :)
One already??? Where has the time gone?
I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds work more relaxing than staying at home.
