Well it's Wednesday again which means another So What Wednesday!
This week I'm saying So What if:
-We listen to Christmas music every night while we eat dinner. It's way more uplifting than listening to the news.
-I have my husband help me with my craft projects, he's way better at them. I think (or steal) the idea and he executes it.
-One of my first thoughts yesterday when I was called and told I had to pick up Hunter early because he was sick was that I would miss the holiday lunch my office building hosts. What can I say? I love a free meal.
-I think Hunter has already learned how to fake being sick, once I got him home (and after his 2 1/2 hour nap) he was fine.
-I'm spending way too much money on Hunters first birthday party. I think it's a big freaking deal, even if he doesn't remember it.
-I've started eating (and actually enjoying) deer meat. After 4 years of being with someone who hunts it was bound to happen. Sorry Bambi.

Glad to hear Hunter not feeling well didn't last! Sorry you missed your holiday lunch though.
That is great that your hubby helps you with craft projects!! :)
Christmas music is playing most of the time around here too now... love it!
Haha how funny that Hunter faked being sick! Some days I want to do that too ;)
Love the photos of your bathroom from your previous post! It looks gorgeous.
I still can't eat deer meat, even after growing up with dad/brothers who hunt... something about the smell just does me in :(
Hi Shannon! New follower from SWW! I've never had deer meat but you have now kinda intrigued me into wanting to try some! Adorable family!
Chloe did the same thing yesterday. She had a super high fever so I left work early to get her and she was fine a half hour later. Oh well.
I wish I had someone to help me with my craft projects. Maybe then I would be more likely to follow through on them.
I think first birthdays are a big deal too. I put a lot of effort into Chloes.
I'm all about the Christmas music right now. We listen to it in the car and I sing to Betty while I drive. She is going to love that when she's older.
I can't believe you are planning Hunter's first birthday! I know I'm going to end up spending too much when B's rolls around too regardless of her not remembering it. It IS a big deal!
Aw, sorry Hunter wasn't feeling well and sorry you missed your lunch.
The first birthday is special. That said, we didn't do anything. We had our immediate families over and 2 friends. It was very small and low key. Last year was the first big kid party and I went overboard with that one. Still, if you have a lot of people, it's fun to celebrate a first birthday.
What a bummer that you had to miss your lunch, but at least he wasn't seriously sick. I've been listening to Christmas music non-stop, too. I only have a few-week window each year, so I've got to cram it all in!
What a bummer that you had to miss your lunch but at least Hunter didn't stay sick!
I say spend what you want on his first birthday, it's the only first birthday he's ever going to have!
LOL i'm the same way. i saw this art hanging thing on pinterest that i felt my daughter NEEDED so i bought all the material, prepped every thing and asked hubs for a staple gun... then 20mins later, he held it up and said: so how did *I* end up doing this whole thing?! HAHAHA!
