D-Day

Today is my official due date and so far this kid continues to be quite happy where he is. We made it through the holiday weekend, including 3 family gatherings, lots of presents and even more food all baby free. We saw Kristian's extended family last night, most of whom I haven't seen since I've been pregnant. Everyone got a kick out of seeing and rubbing my big belly.

Now the countdown is in full effect. I have until Friday to try to get this baby moving on my own and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that at my last doctor's appointment which is scheduled for tomorrow there will have been some progress made.

Come on baby boy, we can't wait to meet you!!!!

Good luck this week. I've been told evening primrose oil can help to soften the cervix (prostaglandins) not sure if it really works, but just thought id pass that on. Ill be thinking of you! Can't wait for you to meet that precious little boy of yours.

Good luck! My friend went quite far past her due date. Actually, so did my client. My friend had a myth a day to try to induce labor and would blog about it. It was kind of amusing. Can't wait to hear the good news!
